This webinar will review current regulations and legislation regarding telehealth and changes due to the global Pandemic. Practitioners will learn how to understand their state’s regulations and guidelines for telehealth practice, following the end of many Executive Orders allowing for telehealth. Current advocacy efforts will be reviewed including those to develop a Licensure Compact, as well as Medicare coverage for telehealth for occupational therapists.

Jayna Niblock is aBoard Certified Telepractice Specialist through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). She designed and developed the occupational therapy program for DotCom Therapy and assisted in the implementation of the program in 2016. Jayna is involved in state and national advocacy efforts for licensure changes to enhance telehealth practice and access to experts for clients across state lines. She has completed all three levels of the Mentorship Program at the STAR Institute and enjoys continuing to learn from everyone there.
