This webinar will review the current state of literature on telehealth that has come about during the Pandemic, as well as literature which was published prior to the Pandemic. Participants will review ways to empower clients and caregivers through telehealth with strategies for coaching and how telehealth visits should look different from traditional in-person visits. Strategies for enhancing communication in a virtual setting and educating caregivers and clients on how to carry over activities into daily life will be reviewed.

occupational therapy program for DotCom Therapy and assisted in the
implementation of the program in 2016. Jayna is involved in state and national advocacy efforts for licensure
changes to enhance telehealth practice and access to experts for clients across
state lines. She has completed all three
levels of the Mentorship Program at the STAR Institute and enjoys continuing to
learn from everyone there.
